The farmers of the Yarrow EcoVillage have a range of experience in organic farming, gardening, permaculture and ecology. One of the most important qualities that the farmers share is the willingness to learn, experiment and adapt techniques to increase sustainability. We work in cooperation with each other and our decisions are based on consensus.

Suzanne, the farm manager (pictured right) ensures that organic standards are met and that crop planning, production, harvesting and markets are coordinated.
